Laser light technology is being used in an increasing number of beautification treatments, including hair reduction, skin resurfacing for wrinkle reduction and/or treatment of acne scars, removal of age spots and moles, and treatment of vascular lesions (e.g. spider veins). Some lasers are equipped with cooling devices to reduce discomfort during the procedure. This technology comes in many forms, and your doctor may recommend a combination of different types of lasers for your desired outcome.

BBL/IPL

IPL is a treatment for pigmentation and skin resurfacing.

BBL promotes collagen production using a laser with an “interchangeable” wavelength filter and an integrated cooling crystal that eases discomfort for the patient.
